Published by  Marsilio, edited by Bice Curiger with 604 pages featuring 480 images in colour. The 54th International Art Exhibition, directed by Bice Curiger and set up at the Giardini and Arsenale venues, and elsewhere around Venice, closed on 27th November 2011. The event attracted over 440,000 visitors, resulting in an increase of 18% when compared to the previous edition in 2009. The exhibition was titled ILLUMInations and set up in the Central Pavilion at Giardini and Arsenale featuring 83 artists from all over the world.
